We believe that it's never to early to inspire a love of reading in your children. That's why at school, we incorporate daily story time sessions in class and even host annual literacy festivals for our primary students that involves them selecting a story series and creating plays, dramas and songs related to the book series.
A child who READS will become an adult who THINKS.
Read aloud to your child, every day. Even if it's just for 10 minutes. Reading builds motivation, curiosity and memory. It nurtures children and encourages them to form a positive association with books and reading later in life. If you read aloud to your children, there's a strong chance they'll become good readers and in turn, develop a love of reading that will carry them through school, work and beyond.
